Please note that we will only refund items that meet the following requirements.
Stuff that you return must be in new condition. We do not issue refunds for products that show signs of use. The following return reasons for new purchases are accepted:
- Incorrect Product or Size Ordered Product
- Did Not Meet Customer’s Expectations
- Company Shipped Wrong Product or Size
If the product is damaged within the warranty period, we advise you to contact our Customer Care Team and send your purchase info and damage details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We strongly advise – when sending back the order – to cover your shipment with insurance. Once the item has been returned to us, allow up to 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund to be processed and credited to the method of payment used.
